On Site

During your visit you’ll find:
✓ Field & Flower Café serving hot and cold drinks, sandwiches, cakes and ice creams
✓ Plenty of picnic benches if you’d like to bring your own food
✓ Toilets, including a disabled toilet and baby changing facilities
✓ A small gift shop, where you’ll also pay for any pick-your-own flowers before you leave
✗ Dogs are not permitted on site (registered assistance dogs are very welcome)

What to Bring

The British weather can be wonderfully unpredictable, so we’d recommend bringing:
✓ Comfortable clothing
✓ A warm layer, even during the summer
✓ Waterproofs if rain is forecast
✓ Sensible footwear such as sturdy trainers or wellies are recommended. The ground is uneven in places and can become muddy after rain.
✓ Sun cream, a hat and plenty of water on hot days
✓ Your camera – there are plenty of wonderful photo opportunities!

Accessibility

We want Lichfield Maize Maze to be as welcoming and accessible as possible.
Many visitors using wheelchairs, mobility scooters and off-road buggies enjoy visiting us every year. As we’re a working farm, the ground is naturally uneven and may become muddy after periods of wet weather, so we always like visitors to be aware of this before they book.
Good to know
  • The maze and flower fields are on natural farmland.
  • Most all-terrain mobility scooters and off-road buggies are suitable.
  • Standard wheelchairs and pushchairs may find some areas challenging, particularly after rain.
  • Sensible, sturdy footwear is recommended for everyone.
  • One carer is admitted free of charge. Please bring your Nimbus Card or other appropriate supporting documentation.
  • Our Quiet Time Sessions provide a calmer start to the day for visitors who would benefit from it. See our What’s On page for dates.
  • A disabled toilet is available on site.
  • If you have any questions before your visit, or specific accessibility requirements, please get in touch at hello@lichfieldmaizemaze.co.uk. We’ll always do our very best to help.

Payment Information

✓ Cash accepted
✓ Most debit and credit cards accepted
✗ American Express is not accepted
Online bookings are made securely through our booking system, with tickets sent directly to your email.
During pumpkin season, pumpkins are chosen from the field and paid for separately in the gift shop before you leave.

Before You Travel

If you’re travelling a long distance, we’d recommend checking our Facebook or Instagram pages before you set off for any important updates or weather-related information.
If you can’t find the answer you’re looking for, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We’ll always be happy to help.
